Does HVPSC accept my insurance?
HVPSC does not accept any insurance. Payment is due at time of service via cash, check, credit card, debit card or HSA/FSA card.
Cancellation Policy:
To provide timely care to all clients, appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. When an appointment is missed or canceled without adequate notice, another client loses the opportunity to be seen. For this reason, our practice follows the policy below:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance.
Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a full visit fee.
If you fail to show for your visit you are subject to a full visit fee.
Missed appointment fees must be paid prior to making further appointments and will be billed to the credit card on file.

Less hassle, while experiencing high quality care and treatment on your terms, not the terms of your health insurance company.
At Hudson Valley Physio and Spine Care, you will receive care one-on-one from a Doctor of Physical Therapy for the entire allotted time, in a private setting, without the use of aides or assistants. No referral is needed as Doctors of Physical Therapy are trained to be primary providers for those in need of musculoskeletal / orthopedic care. Most patients see a rapid resolution of symptoms in about 5 visits, thereby saving you time and money.

Rates:
Initial Physical Therapy Examination - In person / Virtual (Approx. 60 minutes) - $180
Physical Therapy Follow Up Treatments - $140
1 hour Group, Please inquire via BOOK NOW, space is limited - $25
1 hour Private (In person / Virtual) - $100
